At Legacy Martial Arts Academy, we bring adults, kids, and youth together through purposeful training and a culture of respect. Whether you want a new challenge, practical skills, or an activity for your family, we’ll help you find a starting point.

Legacy is owned by Ryan and Mandy Roach, a husband-and-wife team who are both local career law enforcement officers. Together, they bring a commitment to service, accountability, and community to Legacy.
Our academy welcomes kids, youth, adults, and families from all backgrounds. Everyone is welcome, from first-time students to experienced athletes.

Our modern, purpose-built facility brings martial arts and CrossFit together at one Hamilton location, with dedicated training areas and a comfortable member lounge. Explore the space where you and your family can build your skills and feel part of the team.

Meet your coaches, try the classes, and find your starting point. Wear comfortable workout clothes. No equipment is needed for your trial; free loaner equipment is available.

For ages 10–12, our coaches will help choose the right Kids or Youth BJJ class.
Your seven days begin on your first day of attendance. Enjoy unlimited age-appropriate martial arts classes during your 7-day intro program. No automatic enrollment in an ongoing membership after your intro. Enroll online using the intro options above, then view the class schedule for your age group and program.
